This large beautiful work has an ethereal quality to it, it's calming and mesmerizing at the same time. Inspired by my garden and the tropical climate in my home town. A celebration of colour, and nature, this original work is part of my series of mark making works, taking abstract scenes from nature creating a veneer of mark making obscuring the layers below. An emotive work, with a meditative quality. The original work measured 90cm x 90cm. It has been framed in natural oak floating frame.
