Inspired by the ocean, my local beach were I live is the most beautiful place to escape. This series of work is focussed on the movement and colour of the ocean. Taking the innate shapes from my surroundings and using repetition, I create a rhythmic layer over the abstract painting, a form of micro pointillism.
A celebration of colour, and nature, this original work is part of my series of mark making works. An emotive work, with a meditative quality.
